I thought it was at most just something that wasn't thought through as to possible other interpretations. Probably *because* it seemed to her to obviously be nothing more than a spontaneous joke about the obvious tie-in between "shaken" & "stirred." I thought it was intended to mean nothing personal at all, and that it shouldn't be a stretch to believe that, even for someone who may have wondered otherwise at first.
