Again, MY interpretation is: Some questions and/or concerns get responses and some are ignored. And yes, I believe there are issues that purposely get a nonresponse. I believe he responds only when it wants to respond. The reason for this can only be answered by Dr. Bob. Arguing that pattern COULD change is certainly something that could be argued. I have also seen a pattern that changes are very rare.
