something strange happened...

on the newbies page today. i was answering posts (about 3 years old. hey, at least i'm consistent in being late to welcome, right?) and this post came up:

when i open it, i get something strange. anyone else? wondering if it's a virus, or someone hitting on me? i'm computer illiterate (probably can't even spell it, so it just proves my point, right?) but is my computer not protected? is babble being taken over? or am i really being hit on (oh, please say yes!!!)? or, it could just be my computer...
anyone else seeing a strange pop-up (yes, i giggle when i type that still) that reads 'hi' from bill gates himself? if i click 'ok' will i pretty please marry him too....

i hope i didn't just give all of you a virus, though it wouldn't be the first time. an antibiotic should clear it up, right? (oh, i couldn't help that one.)
