I think sometimes we don't even quite realize (for a variety of reasons) when we are being uncivil. Sometimes it needs to be pointed out. And mebbe the punishment of a week block would make it stay in my head better?
We'd have to have some sort of rule where its said that no arguments. Blocks capped 1 week, but if everybody argues bout admin descicions, then back to old system :(
I dunno, I not feeling so great.
Mebbe I'll leave this now.

FYI, I don't like the civility buddy idea, but I hope it works.
