> > My concerns about your policies are just that, concerns about your policies, not concerns about {the members} that post what I am concerned about in relation to your policies.
> > Your policy of your 3-consecutive post rule is one of your policies that concerns me. I have requested from you many times about my concerns for you to clarify this rule of yours. These requests from me are about {your policy} which you say is fine to post in regards to, {not about the members} posting more than 3 consecutive posts.
> > The word {fine} in this sense in your FAQ means that it is {excellent} for one here to post in regards, or concerns to your policies here. Those requests from me to you are not requests for a determination, but requests about concerns regarding if you would apply your policy in particular circumstances. Asking if you would apply your policy to a particular circumstance is different than requesting a determination as to if a post is civil or not because the subject is the {poilcy} , not the member's post.

> I do not think that asking about how you could or could not apply your policies to a particular circumstance, as per your statement in your terms of service that it is fine to do so, could be held as being uncivil to me, if you are saying that it is uncivil, for asking you about if you would apply your policy to a particular circumstance or not.
> I am unsure if you are going to expell me from the forum for doing what you write in your TOS as being an excellent thing to do (fine), then I will leave feeling good about that, for if it is fine(excellent) to post here in regards to one's concerns about your policies, then I did what was fine, and I was not being uncivil.

> DR. Hsiung,
In my notification that I sent to you today, I am asking you about my concern in regards to how you apply your policy, it is not a request for a determination, for you have posted to me that you would apply your policy in question to me, and I would be expelled under your policy, so that the determination has already been made by you. The notification is about my concern in regards to your policy that has already been posted as to if your would applythe policy in the particulae circumstance or not. I know that there is the potential that you may not see it that way and I could be expelled by the nature that you could possibly see that I am using the notification feature as an abuse. I do not consider it as an abuse to use the feature because you made a new rule when I rejoined the forum, that I am unsure of, as to if you can or can not post a link to a post here by a member and thearfore I used the notification feature so that the post in question would not be shown on the board.
more if someone posts here...
