If you are considering responding to the aspects of this thread, could you consider the following?
There are statements here that have the potential to IMO arrouse antisemitic feelings, have the potential IMO to lead Jews to feel accused and put down, have the potential IMO to be deemed as mocking and/or taunting me because I am a Jew, that are not not notated as being uncivil. And if one match can start a forest fire, and only you can prevent forest firerds, then it is my persuit here to take preventive measures to have those posts in question be notated as being uncivil so that if the that match produces flames of antisemitism, that the notation of the posts in question being deemed uncivil here will have the potential to extinguish any flames of antisemitism here.
It is my deep conviction that if there is a rule that says that a statement that puts down others is uncivil here, that also a statement that puts down Jews is uncivil here, for I am a Jew and I consider myself equal to others and would like the same justice applied to statements that accuse Jews.
It is my commitment, wherever I might be, to have justice for Jews, for I feel that if there is the same justice for Jews, then there could be more of a guarantee of justice for all others.
It has been stated that resolving the past can bring solutions for the present. For could not resolving the past open the gates to the future?
I am asking for you that would want to post in this thread to consider that the mission of the forum is for support and education. I would like to share the history of injustice toward the Jews so that the past could be resolved to have the present be free to those that have been subjected to state-sponsored antisemitism just as those that have been subjected to state-sponsored racism have been given the same equality and justice by their past discrimination being brought into the present.
