So I too need to understand this.
Is it the 'how would you feel' part that causes the prob?
I would not have caught that at all.
This very subtle stuff...
Sigh.
But what people need to know mebbe, is that pbc does not mean next one is a block. So they don't need to panic. And also that there is not meant to be shame, but we are trying to learn how to phrase things better. So if pbc's can be better explained, then we ALL can learn. Cuz I have a hard time understanding also.
