I don't think you need to have a degree to be a deputy of this site, in order to a good job. A degree means you spent a lot of time in school and yes it is wonderful, but it doesn't mean that you are any more adjusted personally than anyone else.
My T has 2 siblings who are T's and one has a drinking problem and the other one suffers from depression. My T has his share of personal problem too, I am sure. I have met a lot of PHD's in a lot of professions, and they aren't any better than anyone else. Those who think they are better, well ummmm. I can't say what I want, but ummmm..... well, they have T's who can help with that personality disorder. LOL
