Perhaps babble is the opportunity for us to learn how to become more civil IRL. I know that it has made me think things through before I respond to what I consider to be slights against me. I have the dream or wish that the world can become a happier place, and it has to begin with me.
I do believe that blocks are intended to keep babble that civil place.
