I've noticed that you aren't using the PBC language for reminders on noncivility issues anymore. You use something neutral for the subject title, and put the reminder in the text.

I like that, and I thank you for the thoughtfulness of that change.

(I just like to let you know when you change something in a way I like, since I tell you all the time when I don't like any particular change.)
