Not that it's any of my business, but I'm not convinced this person was trying to be mean, superior, or vulgar.In fact, I can kind of relate to what he (or she?) is saying.
On the subject of recovery, it does help to be motivated & goal -oriented...the problem is, if you are depressed (or have another mental illness) it is often hard to be motivated to do anything!
Yes, it does take patience and self-love. Loving yourself is key, in fact, but for some people it's just not enough. Some people do need medication. That being said, no medication (homeopathic or not) works for EVERYONE.
People find their own road to recovery - no one person's path is the best or the right one.
