Dr. Bob, are threats of self harm considered to be provocation for uncivil behaviour?

You shortened a block once for someone who was uncivil towards me. That hurt me, Dr. Bob, even though that person was my friend. It seemed like you thought it was okay that that person was uncivil towards me because I was threatening self harm. Do you feel sympathy for the person who was uncivil? You wouldn't feel angry if I threatened to OD or kill myself, would you?

Dr. Bob, why do people get so angry sometimes when I'm feeling self destructive?

Dr. Bob, some people get a lot of PBCs and are never blocked. How come I've only gotten two PBCs? :-(
