Sorry for the delay.. I kind of freaked out and thought your "sarcasm" post was also aimed at me, and couldn't work out what I'd said.. Sorry.
I'm posting updates on a thread on the health board.. I've literally just got home from having botox, so will be interesting to wait and see if that helps.
