But why? I think many people who reregister while blocked do it because they believe Bob's blocks to be either unfair or irrelevant. If a poster requested the block it would be fair. Posters who believe Bob's blocks to be irrelevant (Dr Bob is quite Kohlburg fourish don't you think?) might find their own more relevant.
And since it's self blocking I doubt he'd sanction the poster for posting while blocked. Perhaps he worries that confusion would ensue.>

I think it would serve the best interests of the community. I think it would reduce tension on the board at times.
