Sorry, that was a typo, plus my "x" = Dinah's "(insert number of months here)".

I understand, getting deputies that information would be an issue, too.

I agree, there are differences. So how much longer would be the question. Would you like to propose a grouping of types of infractions based on potential harmfulness? :-)

Encouraged how? People are always encouraged to respond civilly...

What about making a rule about looking at people in certain contexts? And why would it be better for the person doing the looking rather than the people being looked at to modify their behavior?
