i just meant that the point of the civility rules is to deliver consequences for people saying things that are likely to result in another person feeling abused or judged or whatever.
thus...
if you want a party where people aren't 'confined' by the civility rules...
then you might well have yourself a party where people aren't 'confined' so as to refrain from abusing or judging you.i just wondered whether all things considered...
you really would prefer that...
