Hi,
Just go here, to the Update Registration page...
https://dr-bob.securesites.com/cgi-bin/pb/signup.pl
After you type in your name and password, it will take you to a new screen, wher you can change your password, turn Babblemail ON/OFF, etc. On that same screen, where it shows your current email address, just type in the new one you're going to use, type it again to confirm it, then complete the update registration process.
I think you'll then get a confirmation code sent from the server to your new email addy. Follow the instructions in that message and you should be good to go :-)
