I MUST spend too much time here...'cause I wouldn't put this even close to the ugliest I've seen.

Upsetting a bit, yes. But not new...
Maybe my skin is growing thicker
Seeing the patterns and ebbs and flows
And in this case, I think, other posters (Alex and ClearSkies, mainly) have pretty much done a good job of being calming, supportive influences.
Don't you think?
Not that technically a PBC may not be in order somewhere in there, certainly.
It really got to you, though, obviously...are you okay?
It did make me think empathy is not always as easy as say....my T. makes it look!
Just some of my rambling, unasked for, probably unwanted, probably useless 2 cents...
(pssst---tomorrow on the little notes I scribble down near my PC - so I won't forget important stuff...it says to write an email to Voce :-))
