I don't know about other people, but I like to talk to myself. LOL
> From what I have gleaned from the archives, Dr. Bob wishes to only be an observer and not a participator. This site is for research purposes only - we are in a sense an "experiment".I don't think *we* were ever an "experiment", even when there was research going on. We were never in an experiment either. There were never any controls or ways to objectively measure anything.
I think Dr. Bob chooses not to participate mainly for practical reasons. He simply doesn't have enough time to interact with people here AND administrate at the same time. Also, maybe he's just a shy person.
> While there is a 'clinical' interest in us, I sense there is not a 'sentimental' one. Does this make some posters uncomfortable? Is this why some try to personalize the relationship between us, the posters, and the good doctor (AKA: Silent Bob)?
I don't think there is only a 'clinical' interest in us. He's just a regular person, just like any one of us. Does that make people uncomfortable?
I could be totally and absolutely wrong here. You're talking to a person who thinks that Dr. Bob is like a plush animal friend. :-P
