Only that it happened?hello there, chemist here...i have - more than once - had a block reduced by Dr. Hsiung, a combination (in my estimation) of a large amount of support from fellow PBers and situations which, perhaps upon review, did appear later to warrant valid reconsideration from Dr. Hsiung...although i qualify these statements by noting they are only my hypotheses (per the reason for reduction of block and/or number of PBCs given before block imposed) and observations...all the best, chemist
