Whats Wrong With My Babble-mail?????

Hello to anyone who can help..
Sometimes when I send someone a babblemail, they recieve it....and then sometimes they do not recieve it???
I'm not changing any settings or anything, so whats going on?
Any advice is much appreciated :-)
