Frustrated -- reregistered

I've been trying for days to reset my password but never rec'd the e-mail. I have not had problems with that feature before. I sent an e-mail yesterday to Dr. Bob -- no response.

So, I've reregistered, though I would have preferred not to. My previous name was "JLx" and if I could get it back, I'd like to.
