Of course I do! I guess I didn't eplain my self very well. We all share problems regardless the age. It just seems that after, let's say 40, things start to "fall apart" regardless of how we eat, how much excercise,etc. For example, I used to have my own Aerobic Dance program when "Dance" was in. I also jogged my altime best was l3 1/2miles. Now I'm told by docs that the reason I have a bad back is from too much excercise. Things are in "vogue" and then go out. It used to be my mood stabilizer and anti-depressant. Walking just doesn't do it for me. What kind of Board do we need for this? Maybe an excercise one? Any suggestions my fellow Babbler.
