In Outlook Express, you open the email, then select File/Properties from the pulldown menus above. There will be two tabs, General and Details. Go to Details. Highlight the whole works, right click the box, and select Copy.
Now, choose Forward from the toolbar, and when the new box opens, paste in the copied header information. Put Dr. Bob's email address in the correct spot, give a description subject line, a comment or two in the message body, and off it goes.
The header includes a key piece of information, the message ID code, that will allow Dr. Bob to link the babblemail to a particular sender registered at the site.
If you're not using Outlook Express, you're going to have to try and adapt these ideas to your software.
