i think giving the offensive posts their own special place would serve just to highlight the nasty remarks, which is the opposite effect of what we want.
also, censorship is not a bad word. there are times when it is appropriate. this quote I retrieved the internet expresses my point well:
"Censorship is not always evil; Censorship is a tool like anything else, it can be used to accomplish good or evil."
