When was Spike4848 blocked, and for how long? » Dr. Bob

It seems to me like a couple of years ago, and Googling "2003 poster:spike4848" or "2004 poster:spike4848" found none of his posts for the years 2003-4. I know, however, that Google indexes only about 70% of posts; for example, a search for "blocked spike4848 poster:dr.bob" failed to find the post informing him (and us) that he is blocked, although we all know that such a post must exist.

If it was a couple of years ago, isn't there an upper limit of one year on how long anyone can be blocked?
