Perhaps you could change the standard wording of your Admin actions (PBC's or blocks) or do a followup post after Admin actions on what look to be incendiary threads.
Something along the lines of "Replies to posts that have been deemed by me to be uncivil are still subject to the civility guidelines. If you wish to reply to a poster, or discuss a poster, please remember to use "I" statements and refrain from language that might (insert civility guidelines here)." Put a lot more coherently of course.
It seems that there are frequently followup problems on threads where there are admin actions and there might be the misperception that posts that are flagged by you have received the official seal of disapproval and other posters can, in effect, agree with you. While the truth is that it is very hard to word agreement in ways that are considered civil. So maybe some of the unfortunate fallout problems can be avoided with some preventive reminders on your part.
