Do you have the latest version of IE?? There might be problems with other versions.
This way doesn't need any code, and you can remove the url from the list any time you want.. but it does give that extra little nudge against visiting if you don't want to.
And yous till actually connect to the site.. you just can't see any of the content.
Just trying to help some of the situations here in a positive way.. Saying the things I want to actually say just aren't going to help right now *lol*
