Dr. Bob- mean poster- can anything be done?

There is poster called "Poppi" on the main babble board who was incredibly nasty regarding someone's questions to me about Social Security Disability benefits. It was pure venom, no help to anyone. (I already feel bad enough, I don't need some stranger to tell me off!)

I scanned back for earlier posts of Poppi's and the only one I found called the previous post "bullshit".

I'm pretty thick skinned and I let her have it regarding her rudeness, but I'd hate to think what she could do to someone a bit more fragile.

Can she somehow be instructed in basic manners and the purpose of this forum?
