><<<<<< It's got to be a system problem right now. Another poster and I were just remarking on this. For now, we found that we could get around it by: clicking on a different post to "launch" from seemed to get us a box sometimes; and not electing to "Include message in your reply" also seemed to result more often in a box appearing. Sooner or later you will get one. If I wanted to include the person's text in my response, I would do it by copying it before I got to the reply form, or by copying it from underneath the reply form once there.
Either way, it looks like you will next not have the option to "review/confirm" your post -- your draft message will appear, but there will be no edit box under it. So what I did was to keep copying my draft post, either from the reply form before preliminary submitting, or from the copy displayed after clicking that. Then, I choose "Go back" to paste it into a new box if I need to edit it. This last time (here), when I chose "Go back," my draft was indeed still in the form. Guess that too will vary.
For now, I'd just suggest everyone back up everything they are composing by copying it as they progress through the steps, either leaving it "loaded" into their mouse and ready to paste, or saving it in Word (etc.) to be really safe. But I bet Dr. Bob can fix it in a jif when he becomes aware of it.
