Dr. Bob - Thank you so much for intervening with Sandy again. She's back home now. Maybe you've read her latest post on social, I don't know how to point to it.

I'm so grateful for what you do. You & your helpers are very brave. But how do you handle seeing/reading so much pain on a daily basis?!?! (just a rhetorical question that I ask of most people in the mental health profession!)

Here're 2 real questions tho: When someone tries, or talks seriously about, suicide again and again but keeps posting, doesn't that mean they are really open to help? Don't hospitals have discharge planners who should be giving Sandy resources each time she goes in?
