I can try to do this. Deirdrehbrt had a nice list of enhancement suggestions http://www.dr-bob.org/babble/admin/20040112/msgs/312417.html. I vote for enhanced searching.

I had a little bit of Database experience in the late 80s and early 2000s (but none in the '90s...). I've never used MySQL, but I don't see that as a problem - I do know how to RTFM. I have a Perl book upstairs (and have heard enough things about it that I am interested in learning it). How far did you get with this project? What do you want to accomplish? I would do better if you suggested tasks (dreaming things up is a bit beyond my brain capacity these days). Do you have a particular package in mind?
