I think it was a perfectly reasonable decision. Anyone who was worried that Kristen might actually be dead would want to hear from her, and if she had been blocked that wouldn't have happened (in theory anyway )
I appreciate the fact and am actually a little shocked that Dr. Bob showed some flexibility here.
