There is always a chance of re-offending.
Even if they are faking suicides, doesn't this show how much support they need? Banning them could make things worse. I have a lot of sympathy for these types of people, even though they sometimes frustrate me (along with everyone else). I try to be supportive to all the people here. I also SKIP over posts that I find "triggering" or upsetting. I do not read them.
I understand your frustration, especially since whats been happening recently on this board. God bless you.
