As I said in my original statement in this regard, the suicidal crying wolf is a greater incivility, by orders of magnitude, than anything I've yet seen here....the effect of that event is still so fresh, and compounded now, yet again, that people are expressing concepts like "babble will never be calm again".

You've made clear how you wish to manage things. I shan't belabour you with my expectations anew. There just is no comparison between someone saying a**, as in "I kicked a**", a euphemism for C***** sake, and this crying wolf. Yet both get treated so similarly....I just wanted to emphasize the difference. The real difference, that people express by heart felt comments like the ones I've made, and others have expressed. There should be a special category, IMHO, life-long blocks. No excuses. No arguments. We put people in jail for life, and they stay there, even if they find God, or express remorse.

Certainly, reductions in blocks, under those circumstances, baffles me beyond belief.

Most sincerely,
Lar
