Clicking on a link to one of the books found by an "Amazon" search activates the new "You seem to have closed the posting window without submitting a post" pop-up.
There is a small but real risk of visiting so many pages at amazon.com that the original posting form may become no-longer accessible, but most posters using these links just require a little more information about each before returning to the form and submitting the correct link, and don't want the pop-up.
A possible solution might be to make the Amazon link appear in a new window?
