Therefore promote an atmosphere of comfort.
zenhussy-->> Please do not insert yourself into posts that are communications between two people who are trying to support one another.
Dr. Bob-->>It's fine to request that someone else not respond to your posts, but I'd like people to feel comfortable jumping into conversations here.
Okay. You want comfort here. How about the comfort of posters who are barraged by endless requests for clarification of what they mean? Is that not harassment? I do not feel comfortable being asked again and again to re-explain myself to another poster so that they can better respond.
They either can or cannot respond. The passive aggressiveness of control by keeping stuck to a set way of communicating that requires numerous (endless?) posts of explanations does not promote a comfortable environment.
I would be happy to supply a truckload of URLs for you in e-mail if you wish to continue this discussion that outline just what I am speaking of.
So, if you want people to be comfortable here please take ALL your posters into consideration.
I certainly felt as if I do not matter when given a PBC over something like this when there is ample room for additional PBCs from the originating thread.
Take a closer read please Dr. Civility and Comfort.
