Soliciting Lawsuits

If selling products on this site is generally not allowed, what about posting on this site to get people to join a lawsuit? I am referring to this post:

Certainly the poster's experience with neurontin is allowed on the site but directly soliciting people to join some sort of class action lawsuit. Sounds to me like it is against the rules, or the spirit of the rules.
