I know that it's hard to reach out to someone in pain and be mistreated in return. It does shake you.
I'm a long-time poster to this website and I can tell you, there will be times when people respond in a manner that disappoints or upsets or even threatens you. I remember getting personal hate-mail from some lunatic that managed to hack his way through to my e-mail address after I voiced an opinion on PSB about a BOOK. I'm not making that up, he really had me worried.
These little worm-eaten brown apples sometimes roll out of the barrel with all the bright lucious juicy autumn-colored apples from the harvest. This is no reason to give up apples.
