I htink on this occasion it was right for JIm topost Krissie's messages.. he was trying to save her life.
I know this board is for meds... but I'm sure he simply panicked and tried to get all the help he could.. and more people do check this board first...
I hope he can be forgiven for this infraction.

of course, you're right that i panicked, for sure ... and that would be an excuse, if we were going to use excuses ... but we don't go there ... for good reason ... if emotional instability gets to excuse rules infraction, then there wouldn't be any enforcement around here and that Would be a bad thing ... and my 'excuse' notwithstanding, i don't need an excuse ... it is simpler than that, i just blew it, but not too bad ... in dr. bob's gentle wisdom, i have Not been exiled ... and i really appreciate that.
and i really appreciate your kind support for me ... you warm my heart ... but dr. bob is right and i'll be a better poster here for his guidance and gentle admonishment ... i needed it and it has made things clearer for me.
