Bug Report: cannot access messages » Dr. Bob

I can read index pages (e.g. http://www.dr-bob.org/babble/admin/ ) as normal, but if I click on the link to any message, the following appears in my message window:

"Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/pb/build.pl/babble/admin/20021128/msgs/9031.html on this server."

Posting works (obviously) - I got to the posting form via the "Start new thread" button on the Admin index page.
