You can have no idea how wrong what Bob is doing without knowing what he is deleting. You say you get a lot of help from this board; maybe Bob deleted a message that would have really helped you. You don't know. I don't know. Only Bob knows, and I'm not sure anybody trusts him enough (or should) given his heavy-handed record.
