People here do often latch onto someone and take
their word as a treatment plan. I have felt the weight of this in the past and have taken counter-measures to rid myself of this weight.

I would drop out of specific thread(s). For myself, I would find it rude to tell someone
I am ignoring them. I would just ignore, set the web filter to drop their posts and be done with it.There is a subtext below, it is and is not about
