I am using the version from Matthew, as it is my understanding that that is the gospel that is most "Jewish" in nature (in other wise, it is believed that it was written by a person raised as a Jew who chose to follow Jesus.

Matthew 12:22-24 (The NIV Study Bible)

Then they brought him a demon-posessed man who was blind and mute, and Jesus healed him, so that he could both talk and see. All the people were astonished and said, "Could this be the Son of David?" But when the Pharisees heard this, they said, "It is only by Beelzebub, the prince of demons, that this fellow drives out demons."

I checked this translation against the translation of eminent scholar Hugh J. Schonfield and find that they generally agree, although Schonfeild's version is slightly less wordy.

Hope this helps.
