Hi Bob,
With all the furore over blocking policies lately
(not that I'm complaining really), a few simple things occurred to me that I thought I'd share;feel free to disregard them of course, and they may have been suggested elsewhere.
Anyway, my thoughts were along the lines of perhaps issueing two PBC's before a block.
The first PBC carrying an explicit warning of 'one life left.'The second PBC could include a 'final warning', leaving the wrongdoer in no doubt that a third infraction would incur a mandatory, lenghy block (month maybe?).
Also, perhaps PBC's could be wiped clean, after a well-behaved period of say , six months??
Just an idea, and I don't want to cause you any more of an administrative headache than you already have.
My point though, is that after two fair warnings, there can be no ambiguity concerning the poster's intent etc., and a lenghty block would be well warranted.
If that doesn't grab you, then how about a very slight relaxation of 'formality' on PBS, where, after all, people are interacting informally , and as such not as consciously constrained as they are/should be when discussing med. issues.
Anyway, just bouncing ideas, no need to reply here- you need free time as much as the rest of us!!Col.
