Anything's possible. One way to do it would be to include it in the poster's profile, for more on that, see:

Maybe it would be optional. I'm not inclined to include it with every post. I do like "minimalist", and I'm not sure about labeling posters so prominently. Also:

Shouldn't *everybody* be cut the slack they need? And wouldn't it be nice if others stepped in if *anybody* started "spouting off"?

I think that's a great idea. In fact, it's already implemented here: just don't click on the link! :-) Seriously, this is an advantage of giving each post its own page, as oppposed to collecting threads together.
