Does that sound technologically and economically feasible?I don't know what you mean by proof of good intentions, but Dr. Bob should have access to logs that could be used to track someone's alias via there IP (most internet users have dynamic IPs [ones that change each time a user connects to his/her internet service], but they usually don't differ all that much) and vice versa. If he doesn't log that information now, it's easy to enable. There are certainly ways around this, but it does offer some degree of security.
