In the first scenario there is information about sites up on your board, so in some way, *perhaps* you can be held accountable (or seen as offering support) for the posting *if* it turns out to be an illegal scenario. If somewhat says "can someone tell me where to get X, my email address is ...@..., then you do not even have to assess whether getting X is legal or not, because the information is not being posted on your board. As far as you know it could be absolutely legal to get X. The poster may have a prescription from his pdoc (say adrafinil, for example) and still not know where to obtain that drug.
Anyway, if your decision was to be based on legality alone, why did you even ask us for our input. I agree with Shar. Why not just ask an attorney?Shelli
