I started this thread on PSB to have more people see it, since more people visit PSB than visit PBA. I am trying to find a solution to a problem (scourge) and want all relevant input possible.
Sigh. However, as sysop and the God of PB, Dr. Bob, your transfers and redirectings are giga-protected from me and other masses, so I can't re-redirect the thread to PSB.
