I was taking 6 mg of Risperdal and then went cold-turkey with no problems. I don't know why you anticipate so many problems...

Sal, are you going to be there when this person goes full manic ? It's going to take a lot more than an IM from you to help this person if this happens. What happens if they take you advise (that stoping will cause no problems) and do just that, then kill themselves or hurt others.
Rapid fire answering of all questions, you failed to ask "why are you on this med" or consider that your advise might be taken to say: stop the meds, no problem. I know this is not what you want to happen and no doubt you would be able to help this person come up with some better meds to try.
You never answer any questions like this, so hear this: go a little slower and consider the effect of your words.
